On the first level, French doors open to a living area and a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that was designed for preparing meals for family get-together. Three bedrooms are located on the east side of the home and two of them share a Jack and Jill bath and have access to a screened porch. A master suite can be found on the west side and offers access to two screened porches. A second large master suite is located on the top level and features a sitting area and a Keurig coffee maker. Multiple flat screen TVs/DVD player and a stereo. A sandy path takes you to beautiful beach and warm Gulf waters. Sorry, the fireplace and widow's walk are unavailable.
