The second Master suite has a King bed, a bay window, double entry doors and it's own bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with bath/shower off the Laundry room. The lower level (walkout) has 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom #4 has offers a king bed and 'insuite' bath with shower featuring a 5 jet 'full body' spray, 'the ultimate in luxury'. Bedroom #5 has 2 single beds and shares the bath of prior bedroo. Bedroom #6 Is a huge 700 sf family suite with 'insuite bath' and one single bed, one double bed and one queen bed. It's entry is through double doors and has access to exit directly to lower level deck. All bedrooms in the home are large (at least 12x12) and could take additional cots if needed. (there are two stored). This level also has French doors leading out to a covered deck. There is a second Kitchen on this level, a family room with cherrywood floors, the media room with 7 reclining leather chairs, surround sound speakers and Italian themed 'wine' room or 'man cave'. The second level den has a double bed futon for additional guests with extra thick cushion and linens stored in the footstool. The quaint town of Castle Rock itself is not to be overlooked. The downtown area boasts of 'hundred year old' buildings and ryolite architecture, flowered walkways, outside dining, unique boutique clothing, huge antique stores, +4 star dining experienes (the famous Stone Church, the Union, Sienna Grill, Uniscalli and Crave). And, of course, the usual chains near the factory outlet stores. You have a new local theatre, outdoor concerts, wine tasting events, art shows and the county fair. There are 5 'public' golf courses available....The Ridge at Castle Pines, Red Hawks in Castle Rock, The Gold Club At Bear Dance (Larkspur), Lone Tree Golf Club, Black Bear Golf Club in Parker all within a few miles.
