This property has the best of everything that is Southern California. We have owned the house for over 20 years, we love the outdoors and the house has lots of distinct outdoor living areas. A large covered porch and big enclosed yard area in front, the side of house has BBQ area with outdoor seating and a shaded back yard. The property is completely fenced for privacy. The upstairs master bedroom is huge, has a stunning view and its own private bathroom with shower, it features a King bed and reading area with ocean view. Downstairs has 2 separate bedrooms and an office and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were recently remodeled. The floor plan is very open, the kitchen, dining room and living room all flow into each other. Our large front yard offers an abundant Orange tree, Apple tree and waterfall. We are a perfect location for Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach and Torrance wedding guests. We are a comfortable walk to the beach but an uphill hike on the way back, some prefer bikes or 7 mins by car. (to hike or bike back to the house from the beach is about 20 mins but is up hill, a car may be better for some) Our location provides for a 5 minute walk to rocket ship park, great for young children, miles of bike friendly roads, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and good access to LA & Long Beach airports. Excellent Palos Verdes hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to Riviera Village a beach adjacent area filled with excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. For the golfer we a minutes away from Trump National, The Terranea Resort & many others.
