This home has been fully renovated for 2014 by new owners. We have paid great attention to detail to include everything you will need to feel at home. Our home is bright, airy, fresh, comfortable and fully equipped! The floor plan of the house includes a large great room with two bedrooms and a full bath on either side - the perfect layout for two families to share. We know you will also enjoy many hours relaxing on the spacious screen porch. We are located on a very quite cul de sac street, perfect for kids to bike and scooter. The lot is wooded and private in the rear and there is parking for 4+ cars in front. Distance to the beach is a 1 mile walk/ride. The Bethany Trolley runs from 9:30 AM until 10 PM and stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes ($0.25 per ride). You will also have access to a resident parking pass to use in town. Bethany West pool, tennis and gym facilities are available for an additional fee of $20 per week/per person or $6 per day/per person. The walk to either pool and all of the other facilities is just 4 blocks. We hope you will come and enjoy our lovely home.
