In addition, there is a sandy beach next to the dock, which kids love to play on. The dock has two covered boat slips which are available for the rentersâ use. There are flat screen televisions in the living room and playroom with dvd players and movies for your use. The playroom downstairs also has a ping-pong table for the guestsâ enjoyment. Your entire family can gather around the big dining room table for mealtimes, as it seats 8 comfortably. This house is also equipped with an elevator. You will definitely want to spend time on the large covered porch, complete with plenty of seating, 12-15 chairs and rocking chairs â as you enjoy the spectacular views of beautiful Smith Lake. Come experience the awesome views of the lake from this beautiful house! The sleeping accommodations are as follows: Bedroom #1: Queen bed - Main level Bedroom #2: Queen bed â Main level Bedroom #3: 4 twin beds and 1 bunk bed â Downstairs Bedroom #4: Queen bed Additional sleeping â Futon in a loft; Futon downstairs in playroom We have a 3 night minimum during Peak Season (May - October). No Sat to Sat rental during the peak season of May thru September. There is a five night minimum across July 4th week. There is a 3 night minimum across other holiday weeks (Thanksgiving and Christmas)
