'Sea Cliff Hideaway' is a luxurious penthouse villa with cathedral ceilings located on the cliff's edge right above the ocean...no residence in all of Avalon is closer to the water. With vaulted sky windows, this very private hideaway is bright and sunny all day long. Master has a high end luxury king bed for a great night's sleep with gentle waves lapping the shore below. The den converts to a private second bedroom with a retractable door and deluxe queen Murphy bed. Extra bedding is a self inflatable queen size EZ Bed. In the living room, you will find a 42-inch flat panel HDTV with a DVR,HBO,Showtime and others. Enjoy the two private balconies with awesome ocean views! This condo has elevator access/no steps. The laundry room is two levels below. My condo comes with the complimentary use of a great limousine style golf cart, and I offer high speed internet access. When you rent my vacation home in Hamilton Cove, you will have use of all the communityâs amenities - heated pool with sweeping ocean views, spa, gym, professionally designed 18-hole putting course, lighted tennis courts, English croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables, and a playground area for children. When renting my home, you are also subject to the Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
