Welcome to this unique carriage house. We renovated this property with the VRBO traveler in mind. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Denver. The master bedroom is spacious and bright. The garage door rolls up so you can enjoy the great weather Denver has to offer. Invite some friends over to sit on the patio and enjoy this awesome neighborhood. The property is located minutes to all the great things Denver has to offer. -Cherry Creek shopping area and Downtown are both 2 miles away. -The Cherry Creek trail is a quick 3-block walk and is great for biking or walking. -The Convention Center is 2 miles away Denver has great public transportation. Visit the RTD website for routes and times. One of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver, South Broadway (or SoBo as the locals call it), is a 5-minute walk. You??ll find great dive bars, 5 star dining and The Mayan, a great movie theater for independent films. There are also a handful of boutique clothing stores and our favorite ice cream store, Sweet Action. -Master bedroom with queen bed is spacious and bright -Large Walk in closet has plenty of storage -HD Plasma in the living room with cable and Blu-ray player -Free WiFi -HD Plasma in the bedroom with cable -Washer and Dryer are available on site (currently coin operated). We provide complimentary soap and dryer sheets. -Free on-street parking -B-Cycle station a few blocks away -Car 2 Go service makes getting around the city quick and easy. -Forced air cooling and heating Frequently Asked Questions Q: Is there parking available? A: Yes, we have free, on-street parking. Usually you can find a spot within 1 block of the carriage house. Q: Is the courtyard shared? A: Yes, there is a larger home on the property that shares the courtyard. There is plenty of seating for everyone! Q: Is smoking allowed? A: No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) is allowed inside the property. People are, however, allowed to smoke in the shared, enclosed courtyard.
