Relax and enjoy a tropical paradise only one hourâs drive from Miami. Enjoy beautiful sunsets! Kawama Yacht Club is close to restaurants, shops, fishing, diving and casino charters. Located within walking distance of âDolphins Plusâ where you can swim with the dolphins, this gated community has a lot to offer for your vacation pleasure. In Kawama there are two fresh water swimming pools, a beautiful salt water swimming/snorkeling lagoon abounding with tropical fish, two tennis courts, a playground for the little ones, a sandy beach with barbeque grills, tiki huts and a fishing jetty. There is a deep water marina onsite and dock space is available as a separate rental. Free use of ramp included. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where water sport rentals and diving/snorkeling charters are available is only a short drive away. This three story unit has four balconies, two of which provide a view of the lagoon, a third one which affords you the opportunity to barbeque in the comfort of your unit. A few short steps away is one of Kawama's swimming pools. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, the bottom of one of the bunks is a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There are two kayaks included for your private use and miles of mangrove tunnels to paddle through just off Kawama's beach.
