You will be in walking distance to restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, coffee shops and just down the street from the tourist shops of downtown La Jolla and the local shops of the Bird Rock community. Windansea is where the locals live and go to the beach. Our residence is the middle townhome in a beautiful white three-unit structure located on the west side of La Jolla Blvd between Kolmar street to the north and Rosemont street to the south. The residence is comprised of a series of levels where the higher you go, the most stunning the views. Level 1: Two-car attached garage with automatic opener, front loading washing machine and dryer, 1 bedroom with attached full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity sink. Level 2: This entire level welcomes you with cool yet cozy saltillo tile which is resilient to sandy feet, and accents of custom stainless steel, birch and Brazilian cherry hardwoods. The living room has a gas fireplace with stone and fire shapes, a flat screen HD TV, with cable, WIFI throughout, and DVD player. There is a small veranda accessible through large sliding glass door, built-in desk area, a dining room with table for 8, and an open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, indoor cooking grill, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a beautiful half bath on this level with toilet and a stainless steel vessel sink mounted on a rustic vanity. Level 3: There are 2 master bedrooms each with attached bathroom. THE YELLOW MASTER BEDROOM has ocean views to the northwest. The attached bathroom has 10 foot vaulted ceiling with a skylight that opens, a walk-in closest, toilet, custom wall mounted vanity with glass tile counter top and a large Italian vessel sink under-cabinet lighting, slate tile flooring, and a roman tub on a glass tile pedestal, with brushed nickel faucet and bath wand. THE BLUE MASTER BEDROOM has 10 foot vaulted ceiling and has ocean views to the southwest. The attached bathroom has a walk-in closest, toilet, custom wall mounted vanity with glass tile counter top and a round ceramic vessel sink, under-cabinet lighting, dark slate tile flooring, a fixed skylight, and rain head shower with floor to ceiling glass tile and ocean views from the shower window. Level 4: The roof deck that is accessible through the hallway skylight at the top of the steps on level 3. Climb up a white birch wood boat ladder! When you are on top, you will immediately notice you are on the highest roof deck west of La Jolla Blvd. There are panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean as well as then entire Windansea Beach area as well as views up Mount Soledad. The entire unit is spacious, airy and lots of windows that open for refreshing ocean breezes. There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the unit and in each bedroom, so fresh ocean breezes are felt all day and all night! Kids pack-n-play, high chair, and toys available upon request. Boogie boards, SUP board, beach cruisers are also available upon request. Do you surf? There are many different breaks along the beaches and reefs of the Windansea area. From our place, you can walk to surf at Hogans, Big Rock, Windansea shack, Simmons, Little Point, Rock pile, Marine Street, and Horseshoe. If you are coming to surf, we can give you pointers on where to go based on your experience and the time of year. Are you a cyclist or triathlete? We have been triathletes/cyclists for decades. We are happy to give you great scenic routes to ride and run right from our place. There is a 50-meter x 25-yard pool, with open swim hours and masters workouts everyday of the week, as well
