This beautiful,gold rated, fully furnished, three bedroom Rowhome is located in The Village at Bear Trap Dunes. The Rowhome is in walking distance to a magnificent twenty-seven (27) hole professional golf course complete with pro shop, driving range, and restaurant. Also in walking distance you will find the Pavilion with five soft surface tennis courts as well as two Olympic-size outdoor pools. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Pavilion. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes also provides a shuttle service to the Bethany Boardwalk and Beach which is less than two miles away. The beaches and boardwalk at Ocean City, Maryland and Rehoboth, Delaware are only a twenty (20) minute drive from Bear Trap Dunes. This Rowhome is unique in that each of the three bedrooms is a suite and has its own full bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms one with king-size bed, the other with queen-size bed plus a daybed which opens into a king-size. One bedroom on first floor with two twin beds, plus sofabed which sleeps two in the family room. Each bedroom has cable TV and VCR. The family room has 27' TV with DVD player. Split zone air conditioning and heat allows desirable temperature on each floor. Dining area table seats six. Kitchen bar with three stools also used for dining. The beauty and convenience of this location is wonderful.
