The bedrooms are upstairs, and the Master bedroom has a King Bed and 32-inch LED TV, and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. One full bathroom is also upstairs. The ground level has the main living area with another full bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 50-inch LED TV, stacked washer/dryer unit, private patio with table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Steps away from the unit are three beautiful heated pool with gardens, fruit trees and flowers. The surroundings are magnificent, as you are in a cove of mountains that are lit-up at night! Located in luxurious Indian Wells, California known as âthe Beverly Hills of the desert.â Centrally located, we are minutes from world class sports facilities and shopping. Our neighborhood is 2 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home of the BNP Paribas Open (formerly the Pacific Life Open) and golf courses which host the PGA Skins Tournament. We are minutes from El Paseo Drive, which offers some of the best restaurants and shopping in the desert. A quick 20-minute drive gets you into Historic Palm Springs!
