Modern luxury villa and studio unit, fully furnished with all the amenities. This end condo unit is located in a secluded quite area of the gated Castle Pines section of PGA Village Resort and overlooks a wooded savanna that extends to the 11th tee box of the Pete Dye golf course. You will not be renting from a corporation but from an individual owner, and I only own and manage this one property. I am currently renting this second floor Condo in 2 unique configurations: (1) *(Unit A, 1200 sq. ft.) 1 large master bedroom, one full bath with walk in shower and double sink vanity, one half guest bathroom, screened porch, front balcony, full kitchen and dining and living areas, or (2) (Unit B, 400 sq. ft.) as a studio apartment unit with 2 queen beds, a full bath/shower and fully equipped kitchenette. Each configuration includes access to laundry closet facility, shared front balcony, and it's own private entrance. *[note: The Villa (A unit) is that unit priced under the rates section below. For studio rates or times and/or rates for the entire condo please contact the owner.] All configurations include LCD TVs (Unit A has 2) and DVD players, cable TV and secure WIFI internet service. Entrance locks work via numeric code that you personally select for your security. All Rentals include access to heated swimming pool , hot tub, and the 6 hole practice course at PGA Village. This region of Florida has been know as the Treasure Coast since the early 1960's when salvagers began recovering parts of the Spanish Treasure Fleet lost to a hurricane in 1751. There remain many hidden gems to be discovered in this less developed (and less congested), yet historic region of the south Florida coast. The PGA Learning Center encompassing over 35 acres is considered one of the most technically advanced golf practice facilities in the country. It, along with the PGA Museum, 3 PGA publicly accessible golf courses, and two fine restaurants are within walking distance (1 half mile) of your condo. Apart from much of the congestion of South Florida, yet easily accessible to multitudes of beaches, shopping, restaurants, theater, and nightlife. Fishing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, skin diving, and any other waterspouts you can think of. Bicycling, tennis, kayaking and boating. And of course the Mets spring training is just 2.5 miles away at Tradition Field. As for golf, in addition to the 3 PGA courses, there hundreds and hundreds of courses within an hours drive. Airports include: West Palm Beach (45 min.), Melbourne (1 hr.), Fort Lauderdale (1.5 hr), and Orlando (2 hrs). If your thing is the dazzle then head on down the coast to West Palm Beach to rub shoulders with the rich and famous. If your tastes are more subtle might I suggest a visit to the Saturday morning Open Farmer's Market in historic downtown Fort Pierce, or a Saturday Night evening visiting shops and restaurants along the quaint streets of downtown Stuart. If a day at the beach is your thing, Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach can be had in about 25 minutes. Or perhaps you might take a drive up 1A towards Vero Beach and feel some 'old' Florida charm. In any case Port St. Lucie is well situated as a base for adventure and fun in south central Florida. If you just want to sit tight, you can stay and sharpen up on the golf game at the PGA Learning Center and play the three PGA courses.
