It is on the third (top) floor for the best view (like most condos in Kona, Alii Villas has no elevators so the trade off to get the best view is to climb 30 stair steps). This unit is only 200 feet from the rocky shoreline, so the sound you hear will be the waves. The lanai is larger than most you find in Kona condos, so you can hang loose with your favorite beverage while you watch the sunset. Or have breakfast at the teak bistro table that seats 4 and sip your coffee knowing that you truly have arrived in paradise. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. A queen size sofa sleeper is in the living room. Alii Villas is one of the most popular Oceanfront Condominium complexes in Kona for vacation rentals, just 1.3 miles (2 km) south of downtown Kailua, and only 10 miles from Kona International Airport. Sand beaches may be found 0.6 miles north, or 2 miles south. You can pack light thanks to the Washer & Dryer in the unit (we even supply laundry detergent).
