First time this new high end, 4,000 square foot duplex has been offered as a vacation rental! Enjoy the amazing views of the Tenmile Mountain range and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This home has a perfect location with plenty of hiking and snowshoeing nearby (walk to the Bald Mountain Trailhead) and a short 7 minute drive to the ski slopes. The free shuttle stops in the neighborhood to and from the Gondola! Walk inside and be treated to luxury and comfort! A beautiful stone fireplace is the focal point of the large open family room. A flat screen TV is above the mantel. The modern kitchen with it's granite counters and high end appliances is a joy to cook in and has plenty of room to gather in. The custom made, solid wood dining room table has an 8 ft. bench and seats up to 12. The bunk room is also on the main floor and is not just for kids. Even adults will be comfortable on 2 Pottery Barn Teen, Full over Full bunk beds that each accommodate up to 300 lbs on top and 500 lbs on the bottom bunk. A large flat screen TV and Xbox are there for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Upstairs is the enormous game room where you will want to spend lots of family time. Besides a gorgeous stone fireplace, the game room has a pool table, flat screen TV, tons of board games, and a large bar area with fridge and sink. There is plenty of room at the bar to sit and watch the action at the pool table, the game on TV, or the beautiful view outside. The game room can be closed off with the large wooden barn door. Walk out the game room back door to enjoy the hot tub with views of the White River National Forest or hang around the fire in the chiminea and make s'mores. Down the hall from the game room are 3 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms and a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom just across the hall. The laundry room is conveniently located nearby. The front deck has a table with an umbrella and a grill to enjoy meals in the fresh mountain air while taking in the breathtaking views. And words can't describe the amazing sunset that glows across the mountain range and can be enjoyed every evening from the deck, living room, kitchen and dining room. The heated 2 car garage has plenty of storage space including a carpeted ski locker area and bike racks. There is a free shuttle that can take you to and from town. Or for more fun: ride your bike downtown for a tennis drill at the rec center, shop the unique stores on Main street, have lunch at one of the many quaint restaurants there, and then take the Boreas Pass free shuttle back up (the shuttle has a bike rack!). We are sure your family or group will enjoy the beauty of Breckenridge from this spacious and comfortable home.
