Looking for a great vacation spot for your family or a golfing getaway with friends, our two bedroom plus loft, golf villa at Bear Trap Dunes Village is the perfect place for you. Located on Clubhouse Drive, our villa is just steps away from the major amenities at Bear Trap, the Clubhouse and the Pavilion with two pools, two saunas and hot tub, well appointed fitness room, game room plus computer and WiFi internet access, five Har-Tru tennis courts and an all-weather basketball court. Our custom decorated unit has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen and trundle bed in the loft and queen sleep sofa in the living room, plus two baths, an eat-in kitchen and dining room. Each of the bedrooms has a TV plus one in the living room and three DVDs and two VCRs. The unit can easily accommodate six adults for a golfing group and eight for a family rental. Enjoy sunrises from our screened porch and deck looking out onto the Kodiak number one hole and fairway of the Rick Jacobson designed golf course. The fully-equipped kitchen makes dining-in easy. Serve dinner on the screened porch, while enjoying the panoramic views and breezes from the golf course. Relax by watching a DVD or tape on our large screened TV or listen to your favorite CDs on the stereo system in the living room. For those chilly fall or spring evenings, turn on the gas fireplace for some additional warmth. Interested in going to the beach or enjoy the family friendly shopping of Bethany, without the hassle of parking take the Free Beach Shuttle to Bethany Beach, which runs every twenty minutes throughout the day from mid-June through Labor Day. The shuttle step is just steps away. Bethany Beach is known as the Quiet Resort. Interested in other activity, enjoy tax-free outlet shopping at Rehoboth, a short twenty minute ride away, take a one day ferry trip to Cape May, New Jersey, drive south along the coast to experience the night life at Ocean City, Maryland or visit Assateague Island, where the ponies run wild and free. Come to Bear Trap Dunes and you will want to come back again and again. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: *Nightly rentals are three night minimum. *$250 Security Deposit is required in addition to Rental Fee. *Linens are not provided, however, we can give you a rental source upon request. *Personal checks are the preferred method of payment.
