'The Boat Club' is a family oriented place to stay. It is located right on the canal with the marina at your door step. There is a spacious king size bed in the bedroom. There are a set of bunk beds in the hallway. It has two bathrooms, a private parking garage, pool and hot tub. All linens are provided and complete kitchen with all utencils and appliances. NO PETS ALLOWED The owners also have two other properties a block away which sit right on the beach. If you are having a big family get together and they need a place to stay check out No Worries vrbo 253934 and Wastin Away 363233. Mexico Beach Fishing Pier is within walking distance of the condo at the end of 37th Street. There is plenting of fishing from the pier or near the jetties of Mexico Beach. If you are over the age of 16 and not a Florida resident you can get a fishing license at the marina right next to the condo.
