Welcome to âA Place At The Beachâ â Atlantic Beachâs premier vacation resort. In addition to the beautiful, wide, soft, white sand beach and gorgeous views, enjoy numerous amenities included at no additional charge at this family-friendly complex. This unit is a cheerful 2 BR/ 2 BA overlooking the central courtyard. Enjoy an excellent view of the outdoor pool and playground from the living room or private balcony! The living area provides plenty of seating, cable TV and DVD player. The dining table easily seats six. The master bedroom features a private bathroom, a TV, and views of the courtyard and pool. With two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, up to six can sleep comfortably in this unit. A fully equipped kitchen will make you feel right at home. Free Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer unit are included in the condo as well. The complex offers more amenities than any other complex in Atlantic Beach. The oceanfront location allows immediate access to the beach without crossing any streets or roads. The large outdoor pool offers a wade-in area for toddlers as well as the only water slide in Atlantic Beach! The central courtyard also features a playground with swings and climbing structures, a large grassy area for lawn games, and outdoor charcoal grills. An indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi are only a few steps from this unit and allow pool fun year round. The resort also includes basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, a mini-golf course, a ping-pong table (all necessary sports equipment included), a game room, gas grills, and an outdoor hot tub. An on-site store offers gifts, movies for rent and convenience items, and knowledgeable resort staff are on the premises to help with any questions you may have. The surrounding area offers lots of additional attractions. Morehead City and Beaufort are a short drive away, Fort Macon State Park is less than a mile from the complex and the aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is just a few minutes away as well. Charter fishing (inlet and deep sea) is available year round. Fresh local seafood is served at many nearby restaurants, and a grocery store, several shopping complexes, and a movie cinema are all within a few minutes drive. Come stay at this fun and comfortable home away from home â youâll be glad you did! Check-In is after 3:00pm and Check-Out is by 10:00AM. During the Summer Rental Period, our weeks are a Saturday - Saturday week period. ** The unit is available for a long term Winter Rental from November - February.
