Charming 3 bedroom (plus fourth bedroom/Den with double bed), 1.5 bath Cape nestled on one acre of secluded New Hampshire forest. Located one mile from downtown scenic New London, with quaint shops & restaurants, summer theatre, and small college atmosphere of Colby-Sawyer College. Home is 1.5 miles from the north end of Lake Sunapee, approximately ten mile drive to Mount Sunapee State Park with summer hiking, boating, fishing and swimming on spectacular, crystal clear, Lake Sunapee. Also close to Pleasant Lake, Otter Pond, Little Sunapee, Kezar Lake. New London is located in the heart of the New Hampshire Lakes Region, and is an all season resort area with lots available to do. This area is two hours north of Boston, 5.5 hours from New York City and 45 minutes southeast of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Bedding for eight is provided along with dining and living rooms. How to reserve: We require the full damage deposit when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. The balance must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we send directions and notify the property manager of your arrival. Cancellation: If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, we issue a full refund.
