Description

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Redington Shores is located on the west side of Gulf Boulevard and features a beautiful community recreational area that is directly on the beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, covered picnic area, and BBQ grills while soaking in the sun and admiring the gorgeous white sand beaches. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator. From the condo balcony, youâll enjoy beautiful beach and waterfront views. If you look to the right, youâll see the gulf of Mexico and if you look to the left, youâll see the intracoastal! The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances, ice maker, microwave, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, and every convenience from home. The living room features bamboo wood flooring with a very comfortable leather sofa, flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet, and lots of movies and games to enjoy during your stay at the beach. The large master suite has a luxurious tropical king size bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has two very comfortable full size beds. Both bathrooms include a tub and shower and are fully stocked with towels and a hair dryer. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided. A new front loading washer and dryer is located inside the unit for your convenience. Be sure to visit the bird sanctuary right next door. Drive 5 minutes south to Johns Pass and experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Drive 15 minutes north to visit Clearwater Beach for amazing restaurants, nightlife, âWinterâ the dolphin at the Clearwater Aquarium, and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration. The St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. If you want a nicer place to stay than the typical vacation rental, then our condo is exactly what youâre looking for! Itâs super clean, has better furnishings, and is very comfortable just like home. ADULTS ONLY. No children, smokers or pets are allowed. Please note that no local phone service is installed and your personal cell phone must be used for any local phone calls.
