Not only do you get the amazing views but you also get the sun all day long so don??t feel bad if you just want to relax on the balcony and enjoy the sun and beautiful views without having to go anywhere, that??s what Florida life is all about! A minimum one month rental is required. During the peak season (January-April), a minimum three month rental is required. Please inquire about special rates for rentals over 6 months. Price includes Florida sales tax. A one time $150 cleaning fee is not included in the listed price. This unit is LIKE NEW and offers everything you need for a memorable, luxurious vacation. The kitchen features granite countertops and tile floors and is which is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain. The oversize sliding door out to the balcony allows you to dine at a table while enjoying the views, ocean surf sounds, and the scent of the ocean air. The master suite includes a king size bed, walk-out slider door to the balcony and walk-in closets, along with a ceiling fan. The master bath is spectacular with a separate water closet, oversized garden tub, tiled oversized shower room, double vanity with his and her sinks, and a make-up counter with vanity seating. The other two bedrooms are beautifully furnished and each includes two twin size beds, huge closets, ceiling fans, and one of the bedrooms has a connecting door to a bathroom which has a large tiled shower and linen closet. In addition, the unit has a large laundry area with a full size washer, dryer and a utility sink. The condo unit has high-efficiency air conditioning and heating system and ceiling fans. There are also cable and telephone outlets in all major living areas. Mystic Vistas is a private gated community built in the Mediterranean design. Each building features two elevators, a secured access lobby with a telephone door-answering system, a master fire alert system and automatic sprinkler systems. Storm shutters are added for extra safety. Add a few heated pools, tennis and racquetball courts, private beach access plus nearby activities such as world class fishing, and you??ll see that Mystic Vistas is truly a gem. Mystic Vistas is one of the newest place on the beach??featuring a nice mix of town homes, villas and condos-and the construction quality is high. Aesthetically, the whole area is pleasing, with beautifully landscaped grounds. Our beach is rather private, even during the busiest times, it is not crowded. You can walk to the port or take a trolley to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife. It??s the ideal place to be. A garage will be provided and there is ample car parking around the condo unit. This is a Non-smoking unit and no pets, no trailers, please. This unit is in a residential condominium and we can allow only one lease per month. Please compare each listing carefully for furnishings and view! Cocoa Beach is known worldwide for the surf, and is home to the famous Ron Jon??s Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The waves at the condo, however, are smaller and mellow most of the time, perfect for a nice dip in the ocean. Kennedy Space Center, with its visitor attractions, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station reside just north of the port, and just a short drive from your vacation residence. Daytona Beach is about an hour drive to the north. Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes away and Sanford International Airport is about 60 minutes away. Cape Canaveral is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios and provides miles of beautiful sandy beach and clear BLUE water. YOU ARE ONLY STEPS FROM THE GATED, PRIVATE BEACH, a short stroll to Cocoa Beach, five minutes from the many cruise ships (or off-shore fishing charter boats) and Port Canaveral, and minutes to Kennedy Space Center.
