Description
Our home is furnished in a clean, warm, contemporary style. The Master Bedroom Suite is on the first floor with a King Size Bed, Cathedral ceiling, a bank of wonderful windows out of which we witness Great Herons feeding in the canal directly behind us, remote-controlled ceiling fan, TV/VCR along with a comfortable reading chair. Our bath is outfitted with a relaxing Jacuzzi as well as a walk-in shower, plus His and Hers sinks and is ceramic tiled. The main living area on the first floor has hard wood flooring throughout. The living room has a gas-remote controlled fireplace, a ceiling fan and is adjacent to our favorite room - the bright, wonderful Sun Room. Our home has Plantation Shutters in the Sun Room and Venetian blinds throughout the rest of the home. We have skylights flooding the living room as well as the TV and entertainment loft. We have a formal dining room where we have many wonderful dinners with the entire family. The home comfortably seats 6-8 in the formal dining room as well as 4-6 in the Breakfast area. The kitchen has granite counters, a Breakfast Bar, an ice maker and all that goes with it. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking and prepping utensils, silverware, serving platters, glasses [including wine & beer glasses], cookware, Coffee maker, Blender [vintage], and Toaster. The laundry room may be accessed through the kitchen. A Powder Room is also available on the first floor. On the second floor is a very large loft with Large Flat Screen Smart TV/DVD and full stereo system with turntable. The upstairs hallway leads to two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The large closet contains a pack-and-play plus a Safety Baby-Gate for those who may require one. The Second Bedroom is a very large room with TWO full size beds, and again a small TV. A Jack & Jill Bathroom with separate Bath, Commode Room and Double sink Cabinet. This bath also is tiled. We DO provide Sheets, kitchen towels & bath towels. There are multiple Beach Towels in the garage as well as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, two adult bikes, and gas grill for those who wish to use them.
