Experience some of the best views on the Island from each room in this newly remodeled beach house. Wrap around decks on all levels bring stunning sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing right at your finger tips. From the 2nd level family room view spectacular Gulf views of breaking waves, playful dolphins, and endless beaches while on the other side of the room watch a continual parade of fishing and shrimp boats in and out of the Bob Sikes Cut. Fishing from the Cut is just a short walk from the front door. Return with your catch, prepare to grill on the double barbeque. Charcoal left for guest use. A bright and cheerful second level living/dining/kitchen area boasts 9' ceilings, granite counters, both gas and and electric stove tops, a gas fireplace, tile flooring and for your indoor entertainment, our home comes complete with books, games, movies, CD player, TV and more. There is a half bath also on this floor. Rounding out the 2nd level is the large Master Bedroom and bath, with separate shower and jetted tub. Our Third level host a great King bedroom with tub/shower bath and deck with an unbelievable Bob Sikes Cut view of fishermen, boats, and finally at the end of each day stunning sunsets. The first level den/living area has been designed for family/kids gathering around the 55'' smart TV to watch a favorite movie/VCR/DVD or Smart Tv sites. This floor, also hosts another great King Bedroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower. This room has sliding glass doors to the both the West and East views. This floor also hosts a Queen Bedroom and the Twin/Full Bunk room for the kids. These two rooms have a shared bathroom. A high chair and crib are available as well as a small refrigerator in the Washer/dryer room too. Multiple TVs/DVD players are found in each bedroom The Outside private pool. 12 x 20, is surrounded by deck chairs, and tables, Thanks for helping us keep the outdoor plants watered . During the cooler months, for an extra fee the pool heater can be turned on. Located right outside the fenced in pool are are two barbeque grills, an enclosed outside shower and toilet, and the Fish cleaning sink and table. Hopefully the vegetable garden and newly planted fruit trees will be producing so to add to your meal menus. The Guest storage room contains access to the breaker box and all sorts of extras are provided there : beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, a rubber raft (with oars) and sundry beach toys. There is plenty of Under-house Concrete Parking as well as out side parking; A Covered Entry; Elevator use under Adult supervision. Community Boardwalk nearby or use sandy path to beach. Beach cart available to help carry items. Note.Schooner Landing community homes do not participate in the Plantation amenities program because we are a private community within the Plantation, so there is no access to the community pool, fitness center or tennis courts.
