******* Call and ask about specials ******* ORCHID BY THE SEA - Living, dinning and kitchen are on third floor with incredible view. Off of the living area is a large deck facing the beach and on the land side is a screened porch for viewing the sunset or for watching the kids swimming in the private pool (heating optional). Above this floor is an observation deck where you can sit and view the whole beach. The second floor consist of a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a queen size and an additional bedroom with two full size beds. All of these bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading out to a large deck that has stairs down to the boardwalk to the beach or to the private pool (heating optional). There is a separate addition or annex that consists of another large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, a refrigerator and cable TV. The house has five cable TVs with VCR and DVD players. Free long distance telephone with free high speed WiFi Internet. The ground level consists of concrete parking spaces underneath the house. There is a hot and cold enclosed outside shower and a fish cleaning station. There is also a charcoal grill with picnic table. The pool has both in-pool lighting and fence lighting. The pool is large and the decking is spacious. If needed, the pool can be heated for a fee. Keywords: Single Family House
