The Villas of Sandpiper Bay is a private, gated, waterfront community located on the Saint Lucie River, two minutes walking distance from 4 stars recently renovated Club Med Sandpiper in a very quiet and upscale neighborhood. Our villa has 3 bedrooms two with queen size beds and one with handy trundle beds converting in a king or two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and TV set. There is also a living room with a double size sofa sleeper. Eight adults can sleep comfortably. Cable TV, ltelephone (long distance calls across Noth America and Caribeans included), and high speed internet are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, ice making refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, silverware, etc. There is brand new private gas BBQ. Washer and dryer are also included. Your home away from home!! Everything included except food! Completely and newly furnished with a dining room that sits eight comfortably. Air conditioning/heat with ceiling fans in all rooms including lanai. The closets are filled with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and beach necessities. There is four TV in the house, one in each bedroom and one large flat screen in the living room. The heated pool area includes bathrooms, BBQ facilities and Jacuzzi - 2 minute walk from villa. Community private deck/gazebo area available for fishing and relaxing three minutes walk, enjoy the beautiful sunset on the river from this deck . Grocery, drugstore and wine stores are 3 minutes car ride. 3 golf courses within 5 minutes. Treasure Coast Mall - 3 miles away. Many restaurants and night life. West Palm Beach airport - 45 minutes away. Orlando and Fort Lauderdale airport - 1 1/2 hours away. The beautiful Jensen Beach is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. You can purchase different Club Med resort passes (golf, tennis, gym, health spa, sailing, restaurants, bars, pools and marina facility) at Club Med reception two minutes walk from home. Please No Smoking inside house. One pet allowed. Minimum rental two weeks. Just bring your clothes, tennis rackets and golf clubs.
