Heading back down to the lower level of the house, there is a large rec room with plenty of comfortable seating, large flat screen TV and DVD player, wet bar, magnetic dartboard and ping pong table. The large laundry room is also a plus featuring newer front loading washer and dryer, and folding space. To round out the lower level, there are also two more guest bedrooms with a shared full bath with double vanity. Both rooms have queen size beds, the first room with one queen bed, including a TV, and the second room with two queen beds, including a TV/DVD/VCR. Perfect for families with kids or teenagers, so they can have their space too! From the lower level take a few steps down to the gear and boot storage area, as well as the entrance to the two car garage.
