We just purchased this gorgeous Tuscan style home in the gated community of Mission Shores which is off Gerald Ford & DaVall about 10 minutes from the River and dowtown Palm Springs. It is 2,800 square feet and has 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. It is professionally decorated with high end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen & Crate & Barrel. All beds are Westin Heavenly beds. The kitchen is stocked with All Clad cookware, Henkel knives and Cuisinart appliances. There is an extra large salt water pool and spa with a tanning deck. The custom made BBQ is state of the art. A Firepit with plenty of patio furntiure and outdoor dining area make it feel like a luxury resort. Outdoor speakers that connect wirelessly to Ipod or IPAD. Over 200 satellite radio stations included. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the house with DVR, Apple TV and DVD players. The neighbord hood is very beautiful and quiet.
