Home away from home...if you are looking for a quiet visit to the Northwoods with all the amenities of home, the Lake House offers comfortable accommodations and all the amenities you need for your vacation. We are located 4 miles north of the popular town of Boulder Junction. The cabin is located on Kitten Lake which is part of the Wildcat Lake chain. Fishermen enjoy being on a 375 acre class A Muskie Lake. All will enjoy the private, wooded area and scenic beauty. Fall is our favorite time in the Northwoods with brilliant fall colors and cooler days. Great fall musky fishing, cranberry festivals with shopping with great dining. Winter activities such as snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding with the 'kids' provide additional fun at the Lake House. The Minocqua winter park provides fun for all at any age. During the summer season, our guests have access to a private beach, playground, tennis & basketball court, game room, shuffleboard and Wildcat Lodge. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are available for your use. The cabin has 4 bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed and a large master closet. There is another king bedroom in the lower level suite. There are an additional two bedrooms with twin beds. We have two bathrooms, one full bath and one in the lower level with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sliding door out to the screened in porch overlooking your private firepit, picnic area and lake. The lower level also provides an additional living area and sliding patio door to the lake. There are two TV's in the cabin. Both have direct tv services and one has a DVD player. WiFi and phone are provide . For our summer guests air conditioning is available. The Lake House is a modern, clean and fully updated cabin in the beautiful Northwoods.
