This rustic lakeside retreat (named Done Achin') is perfect for fishing, walks in the woods, writing, and reading. The cottage has no immediate neighbors (although there are 40 homes around the lake) and is located on a point of land surrounded by trees. Go for a stroll around the lake (five miles), for a sunset boat ride, or simply take your book to the dock and watch for bald eagles. Lake Pardee is a small private lake that is stocked with fish each year. The clear cool water is perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. The pristine surroundings are home to many species of wildlife including bass, walleye, pike, otters, deer, chipmunks, beavers and many different kinds of birds. Our rotary dial telephone ensures the opportunity to take a break from voice mail. Families welcome! Non-smokers only please. We're sorry, we can't allow pets. Keywords: Cottage
