Thanks *** Located on Barton Hill in San Pedro, our bungalow is just a few blocks from the Port of Los Angeles waterfront and attractions such as Cabrillo beach and museum, USS Iowa battleship museum, the World Cruise Center, and Ports of call. The home is close to the 110 freeway which gives convenient access within 1/2 hour of downtown LA. Also nearby is the 47 highway with access to downtown Long Beach within 10 minutes. Old downtown San Pedro with it's small classic storefronts, cafes, and galleries is a short 5-10 minute walk away. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a roomy 1,183 square feet. It features an updated fully equipped kitchen (designer fridge, gas stove, microwave), dining room, washer & dryer, wi-fi internet access, 50' flat-screen TV, and a Sony Blu-ray device with streaming video (functions like Roku) to watch movies and TV shows. All linens and towels are also provided. The main and second bedrooms have queen-size beds, there is a full-size bed in the third bedroom for an additional two persons, and finally the sofa in the living room can be converted to a sofa bed if needed. The main bathroom was recently renovated and has all new tiling and paint throughout. There is a private space to park the car in the back and plenty of free street parking around the home.
