Location, location, LOCATION! Our townhome is situated in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... It's just a short 5-10 minute walk to hop on the free shuttle to Disneyland or California Adventure. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. The Anaheim Convention Center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. And there is so much more to see and do! 3 incredible beaches are within a 20-30 minute drive, Los Angeles with all its attractions is about 45 minutes away, San Diego about 1 Â½ hours and 3 fabulous Outlets are within a 30-60 minute drive. The complex has 3 pools, including a kiddie pool, general pool + an adult lap pool and, of course, a hot tub that is heated year round. The kids will love the onsite playground that is located just steps away from our unit. An abundance of restaurants and stores can be found within walking distance. We have gone above and beyond and have spared no expense to make our home an exceptional place to stay while offering an incredible value for your money! The condo underwent a complete renovation and we are still constantly doing touch-ups, improving furnishings, adding accessories, etc. to really create the perfect 'Magical Getaway'! The 2-story condo includes a beautiful and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, we have a front loading washer & dryer inside the unit, wood laminate & tile floors throughout, all new electrical with recessed lighting and dimmers, remodeled bathrooms and gorgeous, eclectic designer furnishings. And, of course, you'll find cute Disney touches throughout the entire unit to make your vacation just a little more 'magical'! Truly relax in our romantic, queen sized canopy bed in the master bedroom with a comfy Simmons pillow top mattress and high end linens. We just added a brand new flat screen TV + a twin day bed in the master to provide additional sleeping options. The kids room has a twin over full bunk bed and an extra mattress on the floor to sleep a total of 4. In the living, we upgraded our Ikea pull out couch in the living room to a comfortable queen sized leather sleeper couch. In addition, we also provide a queen airbed that can be set up in the entry downstairs. Lastly, we have 2 pack & plays with bedding available for the littlest ones. Our maximum occupancy is 8 - no exceptions! The dining room table is expandable and can accommodate 6-8. As an added convenience, there is a powder room downstairs with a vanity & sink and 2 bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combinations. The condo is stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and fun! We have a total of 3 flat screen TVs with cable access and DVD players. We also provide a wide selection of movies for the whole family, a CD player with Ipod docking station (including our favorite Disney tunes...) and a desk with a laptop, plus free wireless internet. We also have a house phone with free local and long distance calling that includes calls to Canada. Your kids will love the books, stuffed animals, board games + pool and beach toys and even princess dresses that we provide. After a long day at the parks, come relax and BBQ on our tropical patio. Or spend a day at the beach - we provide everything, including directions, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, chairs + toys.
