Because it is on an upper floor, 1606 is a peaceful sanctuary away from the activity of the pools and beach below. This little gem is the most affordable of the Aqua condos. Yet, because it has two full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, and bonus bunk room, in addition to the fantastic master bedroom suite, it can comfortably accommodate a couple or an entire family. Two cushioned beachfront lounge chairs with umbrella and adjoining table are reserved exclusively for guests of 1606, included with your rental from March-October. Just grab a book, an ice cold beverage, and youâre ready for your day at the beach! The Gulf front master bedroom is furnished with a top-of-the-line king sized mattress and linens to ensure a luxurious nightâs sleep. Youâll also have your own separate entrance to the balcony and 42â flat screen television. The spacious master bath includes a separate glass enclosed shower, garden soaking tub, generous closet space and a double vanity. Designed with family comfort in mind, the bonus room offers two bunk beds with its own 15â LCD TV and DVD player and is adjacent to a second full bath with tub/shower. 1606 was upgraded in 2012 with beautiful tile floors throughout and crisp white bead board paneling. The tropical colors and soothing decor inspire relaxation with a 42â flat screen TV with DVD, DVD library. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well. The dining area has seating for up to six, plus an additional seating for two at the granite bar. The well-stocked, gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation including coffee maker, ice maker, blender, and plenty of glassware and dinnerware. We welcome stays of any length, from 3 night weekend getaways, to a week, month or more. Aquaâs location and amenities are the best in Panama City Beach. Just a short beach walk away are the many restaurants and amusements of Pier Park including a 16-screen state-of-the-art movie theater, Miracle Strip Amusement Park and Jimmy Buffetâs Margaritaville. Swim with dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park just across the street. Aquaâs tropical indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the indoor hot tub, provide year-round water fun. Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, Monthly Rentals Available only Seasonally. Maximum number of vehicles:2 AQUA will not rent to persons other than families, married couples and adults who are 25 years of age or older. Single persons under 25 years of age will not be permitted to check in.
