The home is accessed through a private courtyard surrounded by a water feature and koi pond. It is designed with custom furnishings, fabrics, and island-inspired, contemporary decor with the living, dining, entertaining, and lounge areas in an open-concept floor plan facing spectacular views. The island's Hawaiian vistas are renowned for their dramatic combination of white sand beaches and black volcanic rock. Each of our home's 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, and the master bedroom and one bedroom both additionally feature private outdoor showers. A chef's kitchen offers a Wolf Range, double ovens, large Sub Zero refrigerator, granite counter tops, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen, living room, dining room and family room blend seamlessly from one to the other to create indoor and outdoor living spaces that lend themselves to relaxed socializing. The large, manicured backyard and lanai offer endless views that engulf an infinity pool and hot tub to ensure both private sunbathing and evenings watching the sunset. Additional features include entertaining exterior gas torches and a trampoline. Our home is walking distance to the beach and the award-winning, oceanfront Four Seasons Resort. The home includes full access to all of the amenities at the Four Seasons, including a spectacular 18-hole golf course with dramatic views of the ocean, seven pools, white sand beaches, tennis courts, fitness center, three restaurants and two ocean-side lounges, an award-winning spa, resort shops, kids clubs and activities, and more...
