Living room 18â x 26â, full inviting wood burning fireplace, 10â mantle, all coquina stone face and raised hearth. Glass fire protection door. Living room opens to Kitchen and Dining area. Living room has an 8â window seat. 6â sliding glass doors to back porch for a great view of the river and cascading mature oak trees.. Kitchen fully equipped, refrig, stove, dishes, towels, soap, cookware and BBQ utensils . Pass thru to back porch, back porch is tiled, screen and vinyl windows for climate control. Additional futon bed on the back porch 25â from the dock to the river, back yard view is awesome from large paver deck. Enjoy a cookout on the charcoal BBQ and picnic table on the deck. Fishing right from the dock.(fishing gear not provided. See the Wildlife, Bird Sanctuary Island, located across the river, Seasonal Manatees, Wild Lizards. Once in a while you may see a gator. Canoe or kayak from your dock. (equipment not included) Location is on a private deadend street of a quite neighborhood, with good neighbors and community watch. Ft Pierce and Port St Lucie are minutes away with unlimited shopping, dining, and entertainment You can visit the exclusive Palm Beaches just 1 hour South. Orlando is 2.5 hours NW. Absolutely NO pets on the grounds or in the house and No smoking in the residence. Smoking is only allowed outside and on the furnished, covered back porch and BBQ deck. There are local Pet Hotels in the Ft Pierce area. This unit is privately owned.
