This comfortable single level beach house lives large with a wide open floor plan and three outdoor areas ideal for reading, playing games, visiting with family and friends, and watching the porpoise shows! It is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room, multiple DVDs, Stereo/CD System including i pod connection, Internet, book and video Libraries, puzzles and games, fish cleaning station, private boardwalk to the beach, enclosed outside hot and cold shower, grill, and elevator which is available with a deposit. As a guest at Plantation you have the use of the community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse with gym, and bike paths. Playita Mia is comfortably furnished with one king, one queen, four twins. It can accommodate up to 8 people. One dog , under 40 lbs may join the family fun at the beach! Come watch the sunrise, walk on one of the top 10 beaches in the country (according to Dr Beach, swim in the Gulf, build sand castles, collect shells, soak up the sun, rock and swing on the porch, listen to the waves, watch the porpoise shows, fish and crab for your dinner, sip and dine outdoors, watch the moon rise.....and enjoy those views! Just a short drive away over the causeway, are the towns of Eastpoint and Apalachicola, famous for fresh oysters and seafood.
