We are located on a wide body of water called the NORTH RIVER... however it is not a river at all, but more like a small tidal Bay located a very short distance from the open Ocean and protected by barrier Islands. The property is very secluded and features 220 ft. Shoreline with a 160ft. Pier, Gazebo and a 10x30ft. Dock at the end of the Pier. Great for Fishing, Boating, Windsurfing, Swimming... The home is bright and airy, immaculately clean and comfortably furnished with a 'beachy' atmosphere. All the rooms have water views! There are 3 Bedrooms each with Queen size beds, 2 full Baths and an open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining and Living room all together. It also features a spacious Sun room plus a very large wrap around deck... and Breakfast on the Waterview Sun Porch is really very special! We are located just outside of Town for complete privacy and relaxation on 2 very private acres with no close neighbors Beaufort, NC was voted 'America's Coolest Small Town' in 2012... and indeed it is!
