Across the one stream is another meadow with a two storied bank barn. Our 'Lost River Swiss Cottage' is central to all that is happening in the Lost River Valley. One mile up Mill Gap is The Guesthouse at Lost River with its restaurant, bar and massage therapy. One mile down Mill Gap is the small hamlet of Lost River where you can visit the local museum, Craft Cooperative, Lost River General Store and Café or practice yoga at The Yoga Barn. Bike, Hike, or Paddle! The George Washington National Forest is minutes away, Rock Cliff Lake with its sandy beaches or The Lost River State Park with its beautiful pool, hiking trails, and stables await your visit.
