The Swans Nest condominium complex is located on 233 Pelican Circle, within 2 miles of downtown Breckenridge. It is also a great place for hiking as the Colorado Trail is out your doorstep. Great location and great views! Definitely a 'mountain' atmosphere. Free shuttle stop is also located nearby the complex (1/2 block). One parking pass provided. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, it also has a deck off of the living room. Washer/dryer in unit. Please, for the comfort of all our guests, NO pets and NO smoking!
