Down stairs has a entry way, galley kitchen, large dining room, office/computer area and very large family room with flat screen TV DVD, comfy couches, desks, and entry to you tropical back yard with free form pool, spa, built it BBQ, tiki bar. Our private garden alley with fruit trees, garden, birds is quite special. Keywords: Relax in your spacious 3,650 sq ft tropical paradise in tony Birdrock, La Jolla. Only blocks to the ocean, Birdrock is a fantastic family location, with great restaurants, shops and fun, just a bike ride to La Jolla's many sights and fun. Nearby pocket beaches and parks make for great close in fun. Best of all is you own tropical paradise with pool, triple grottos and spa, built in BBQ, tiki bar, and even a private garden alley.
