A high chair and port-a-crib are included for the little ones. There is an office area if you need one and wireless internet access available throughout the house and porches. Every bedroom has cable TV. There are 3 master suites. There are 5.5 baths. This home is located in Dolphin Ridge, an exclusive, gated, oceanside community. Bonus: THE POOL CAN BE HEATED for an extra $250.00.00 per week. It has a heat pump which can keep the water warm for you as long as the ambient temperature is 50F or higher.
