Private bedroom has queen size bed with upscale linens. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Modern kitchen with newly updated countertops is fully equipped with microwave, dishes, oven/range, refrigerator and dining bar in addition to interior table and four chairs. no stairs or steps and assigned parking. Washer and dryer in unit with plush towels and extra linens. The unit has been newly painted in light colors, brand new plush carpet in bedroom, beautiful wood look floors in living room and tile in bath and hallway make this a comfortable alternative to staying in a hotel. Wonderful oceanfront complex with recently refurbished heated pool and BIG ocean views. This well known centrally located Alii Drive complex is close to downtown Kailua-Kona and all Big Island beaches. Many wonderful Pacific Rim Dining at multiple restaurants . Our friends love spending time here with us and you'll be happy too with this comfortable, well kept, condominium in Kailua-Kona. Start your mornings at the Green Flash for fresh pastries and coffee or prepare your own breakfast. The area offers many interesting day trips. Just a short distance to coffee country, awesome beaches, and all that the Big Island has to offer including an active volcano. Some beach essentials are supplied for your enjoyment, The Kona Country Club Golf Course, on Alii Drive, has 36 championship holes. Snorkeling reefs are located right by the complex or go to Kahalu'u Beach park for very easy ocean access. Many guests enjoy preparing their gourmet delights over an open flame on one of three gas Webbers at the B.B.Q. deck, next to the pool; watch dolphins, sea turtles, whales, all the water activities and magnificent sunsets (Maybe a 'Green Flash').
