The house is energy-efficient, with an electrical rooftop solar system and solar panels for pool heat. The large living room-dining room-kitchen is spacious and open. The LR features a 50-inch plasma flat-screen TV, a DVD-BluRay player,, and Dish Network satellite TV, with HBO and Showtime channels. There is also a gas-burning fireplace, remodeled this year. The house contains a mix of Berber carpeting and new porcelain floor tile. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled, with all new appliances, engineered quartz countertops, and frameless glass shower enclosures. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed with flat screen TV, while the two guest bedrooms have twins that can be converted into queen beds if desired. All bedrooms have brand new sliding glass doors. Rates listed in our rate table are subject to change without notice and are higher on weekends, holidays, and special events.
