Description

The Condo is situated on the 11th floor (out of 12) with a balcony overlooking the ocean. In view are two big pools, one of which is heated, a jacuzzi, picnic tables, lounge chairs, fitness room, two recreation rooms equipped with games such as ping pong, pool table, TV. kitchenette, tables and chairs. Bathrooms and showers are available. Then there is the sandy beach where one can swim, snorkel or fish with a cleaning station for your catch. Bathrooms and showers are available. There are tennis courts, a basketball court, bocci, and a secret garden area. Our apartment is on the 11th floor offering views of the ocean both south and north. It also has views of the intracoastal where you can stand out on the catwalk and watch the sunset,or sit in the kitchen by the window. The kitchen is fully equipped, service for 8, new side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door, garbage disposal and dishwasher. From the kitchen pass through you can see the dining room area with its round marble table that can seat 6-8 people The living room is furnished with a full sofa and love seat and for additional comfort a reclining chair. Extra chairs are there as well, and the sofa can be opened for a queen sized bed. Look beyond the sliding glass doors and you see the balcony with its patio table and chairs where one can enjoy the sunrise in the morning or the light of the moon shimmering over the ocean at night. TV,VCR and DVD plus games and puzzles are there for your pleasure. From the master bedroom, the sliding doors open again for a view of the ocean and night breezes. The master BD room consists of a queen sized bed with firm mattress and a large walk in closet, Flat screened TV and DVD.are there for your viewing pleasure.Dressers and night stands meet all your storage needs. Also, there is a chaise lounge which is great for viewing the TV . The bathroom and shower are separated from the vanity area as well. The second bedroom with twin beds is situated on the West side. It has its own bathroom with tub. In the hallway you have the washer and dryer. Should you want to venture out and feel like exploring a public beach instead of our private one, one can walk less than a mile to Jensen Beach where a take out restaurant will satisfy your lunch cravings. There you can rent various water toys. Across from JB a little further down near the causeway you can rent surfboards, canoes etc. One can also fish from the two causeways that one travels to get to the island. Walking north or south can bring you to restaurants for a drink or meal in the evening. On your stroll you may spy the enormous turtles that come to lay their eggs in the summer months. . Across from the condo is a grocery store where you can walk to and get your basics. Should you fancy a good pizza or wings, there is a restaurant right there. Off the causeway are more well known restaurants, with Jensen Beach offering many quaint stores etc. Downtown Hutchinson is known for quaint restaurants and local pubs. Stuart is another place to spend a day or evening. Stroll the historic downtown along the waterfront with a delicious ice cream. It is all there for you - including a theater for plays! Shopping? There is the mall with all the known stores,Try the pleasant stores located in the villages of Jensen Beach or Stuart or take a trip to Ft. Pierce for outlet shopping or visit the town with all its antiques and restaurants. Theater? There are many movies and live theaters as well. Golf, tennis(courts are on the condo premises,as is bocce ball and horseshoe) , horseback riding, biking, hiking, visiting historic sights, antiquing and museums such as the manatee museum, are not far away. On the island is the ecofriendly museum where children can touch many water animals and learn much about the living creatures of the sea. On certain weekends there are art shows and flea markets to enjoy. After all, we have the Florida weather that is enjoyed year round!!
