Beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom condo completely redone in 2008 on South Beach in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Our unit is part of a small condo complex (24 units) on the ocean side of A1A. Just a short walk down a sandy path to the beach. Our beach is never crowded and perfect for long walks. The complex shares a pool and hot tub. There is an elevator in our building. There are views of the ocean from both the living area and master bedroom. Covered parking is underneath the unit. Across the street is a city park with tennis courts, playground equipment, and a small sandy beach on the intercoastal waterway. There are several restaurants in the area, along with a small grocery store and pharmacy on the island. The condo has a master bedroom and second bedroom upstairs. King size bed in master and a double bed-twin bed bunk set in the second bedroom. Two full baths upstairs and one half bath downstairs. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances. In the living area there is a flat screen LCD TV/DVD/Stereo along with a sofa and loveseat. Keywords:
