Our 35 acre Estate has spectacular views of the entire Napa Valley, as far as Mt St Helena. The views are reminiscent of Italy overlooking vineyards and olive trees. The property features a 20 acre Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard. The 7000 square feet of living space are divided between three Villas with a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 baths. The main Tuscan Style Villa has 7 bedrooms 8 bathrooms, the detached Stone Villa has 2 bedrooms 1 bath plus a 1 bedroom 1 bath detached Tuscan Villetta. Our rental rate only includes the Main Villa but the cottages are available at additional cost. Corporate working retreats: Our luxury vacation rental is perfect for corporate retreats. Events: We now have access to a beautiful rural event facility adjacent to our property. We also work with Booker & Butler Concierge Services. They can handle most of you needs during you time in Napa. An important note: We are a legal monthly vacation rental. We are allowed under the law to rent by the month, one rental lease per 31 days. Twelve leases per year (although the municipal code does not require tenants to physically remain for the full month). Since we are a monthly rental, we are not required to collect the 12% transient occupancy tax. Contact us now and we will negotiate the perfect lease for you. We do not use the VRBO calender.
