It also boasts a comfortable covered patio with access from both living room and master bedroom and plenty of room for outside dining. It has recently been professionally redecorated including new paint, carpet, and furnishings and has all of the comforts of today's modern home. Picture yourself after a long day at the beach or choosing from one of two pools at AQ. Enjoy a sauna and head up to your unit where you can kick back and relax while enjoying Gulf views from nearly every angle in the main living areas. You can prepare a delicious meal in the oversized kitchen or just make reservations and get ready to head out for a night on the town. The indoor and outdoor pools are surrounded with abundant deck space. Also available is an outdoor charcoal grill. Building security is provided at night. Renters are entitled to 2 parking spaces; we have one covered reserved parking space near building entrance. A non-reserved space is available. PLEASE NOTE: ADMIRAL QUARTERS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION ONLY ALLOWS WEEKLY RENTALS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
